This site has some more information on growing temperatures of different mushrooms. An interesting note is that it differtiats between colonization and fruting temparatures.

Pink Oyster Mushroom

I have ordered the kit from Fungi Pertecti. Should be here in about 2 weeks.

Temperature Ranges

Here is a list of mushrooms and there temparature ranges.

http://www.fungi.com/cultures/cultures.html

It would be nice to have one with a wide range of tempature or perhaps I should select what I am growing according to the season.

Pink Oyster when hot, button or portobello or other oyster when cooller.

Portobello

This is a wonderful site about this mushroom. My girls love this mushroom and it is easy to cook with. This is a wonderful site about it this has some good information on the protobello.

What Next?

Ok the question is what to do next.

I think my sister would like some of the portobello mushrooms.

I would like these too, but I still have some questions on my mind as to how to grow them.
